We build power by creating an organization with thousands of dues-paying members who can determine the conditions of their own lives.

HOW IT WORKS
Our dues-paying membership system forms a strong, disciplined, transformative movement. Amanecer membership is open to everyone.
What it means to become a Member of
Amanecer People's Project:
Members make commitment to win the goals of social and environmental justice
Members attend monthly meetings, participate in organization-wide mobilizations, and more.
Members determine the direction of the organization–what issues to pursue and what campaigns to execute.
Members contribute to monthly dues based on a sliding scale.
DUES PAYING SLIDING SCALE —
Standard membership: $15 monthly
Youth, retired, unwaged: $5 monthly
If you are able to contribute more, other sustaining dues options are available: $30, $50, $100
Important: All members have equal voting power in the organization.
