Amanecer People’s Project is fighting an uphill battle against the wealthiest, most aggressive fossil fuel interests in West Texas. Our organizers are devoted to the cause for the long term. We look forward connecting with foundations, philanthropies and major donors who seek to support the El Paso’s climate movement in significant ways.
